Contact
us for availability and book your place(s)
(with or without hire bike) on the tour using
our booking form (see below). Pay your deposit and send
your booking form and pre-tour questionnaire
to us. Please do this first to ensure there
are places available before you book your
flight etc.
Book your flight
with the relevant airline (recommended destination
airports and relevant airlines on the A-Z
pages (see flights)
Book
your Accommodation directly with a hotel/apartment.
If you opt for one of our recommendations,
use our simple online
booking form.
We’ll
send you confirmation of your tour booking
and later on, details of what to bring to ride with
us, along with any preparation you need to
do, etc.
You need to pay your tour balance 6 weeks before your
departure date (or in full on booking if you book less than 6 weeks from date of travel).
Book
your Airport Transfer directly using their
online booking service. Do this about 1-2
weeks before your tour. Doing it later means
it might well be cheaper as you’ll
be sharing with our other guests.
We’ll
stay in touch with you advising you of any
changes such as weather, happening events
that you might want to be aware of etc.
We’ll
meet you at your hotel for a pre-tour briefing.
